Key Responsibilities:
Facilities and IT Support: Provide support to the Facilities and Program team by assisting with a laptop refresh project, including IT inventory tracking and coordination with the IT team. Responsibilities also include basic computer setups for desk moves (dual monitors, laptops, docking stations, keyboards, and mice) and hardware troubleshooting for desktop setups (e.g., verifying cable connections).
General Facilities Maintenance: Respond to daily facilities tickets related to supplies and equipment needs. Investigate maintenance issues, perform minor repairs, and evaluate when vendor assistance is required. Assist with the setup and teardown for employee engagement activities and other general maintenance tasks.
Customer Service Support: During periods of reduced facilities workload, the contractor will support the Customer Service team by responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone. This requires providing timely and accurate information in a professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
High level of computer proficiency, including experience with Outlook and Excel.
Demonstrated proficiency in typing and telephone etiquette.
Excellent conflict resolution, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Position will be 100% in office.
Site: Centro Corporativo El Cafetal, Belén, Heredia.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00-17:00. (The employee must have schedule availability)
Contract: Temporary 6 months – 1 year.
